Your Custody Journal and letters were never sent to us. They live only on your phone. To erase them, clear this site's data in your phone's browser or app settings, or uninstall the app. That erases them for good, so make a backup first if you might need them for court.
Delete your Hangout account yourself
- Open The Hangout on the phone you joined with.
- Under the message box, tap Delete my Hangout account, then tap again to confirm.
This removes your nickname, email and every message you posted, right away.
Ask us to delete everything
Email dadsmovingforward@gmail.com from the address you used with us, with the subject Delete my DMF data. We'll delete your Hangout account and messages, Live alert sign-up, join and reservation details, and any story you sent, within 30 days, and reply to confirm.
Want to stop emails without deleting anything? Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any DMF email.
What we may keep
- Records we must keep by law, such as order and payment records.
- If an account was blocked for breaking the Hangout rules, we keep only the email address on a block list so the person can't rejoin.
